Sydney Greene is a registered dietitian specializing in behavioral health nutrition. Using an integrative, customized approach, Sydney helps clients all over the country make peace with food. Sydney started off her career in New York City and worked at one of the top private practices in Manhattan while building the nutrition curriculum for a residential treatment center.

Sydney’s private practice, Greene Health, was started in 2019 and she has helped hundreds of clients on their path to recovery from eating disorders, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and common chronic illnesses. As a Registered Dietitian, Sydney has written for publications such as Very Well Fit, Nike, Health Magazine, and Shape, and sits on the medical expert board for Eat This, Not That.

Sydney is also the Addictions Resource Professional for the Behavioral Health Nutrition practice group under the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. When she is not working, you can find Sydney seeking out Alpine lakes and tall peaks.
