Anastrozole should not be taken by children, pets, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those who are allergic to any of the ingredients in anastrozole. Make sure your healthcare provider knows if you have heart disease, osteoporosis, or high cholesterol.
Do not take anastrozole and tamoxifen concurrently.
