Tadalafil should not be taken by children, pets, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those who are allergic to any of the ingredients in tadalafil. It should not be taken by those with uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart failure, angina, heart attack within the past 90 days, stroke within the past 12 months, aortic stenosis, penile deformities, sickle cell disease, multiple myeloma, or leukemia. Tadalafil should not be taken in conjunction with nitrates, alpha blockers, or Riociguat.
